Problem with A/C volvo 960 92 sedan?

Having problems with my A/C runs ok but no air coming thru the face registers all other registers settings are ok and also when pressing the recycle the air nothing either i''m wondering if its the bellows or the A/C vaccum valve already needs to be replace or the main unit on the dash board going? Thanks for any help.
